Plume can be used with a CUJO Smart Firewall. To set up Plume and CUJO together you will need to set up both in Auto (Bridge) mode. This does require the use of a router or modem-router combo device to provide DHCP services to your network.
How to set up Plume and CUJO
For a new Plume setup, connect one of your Pods by Ethernet cable to CUJO using the 'Bridge' port, described in the CUJO setup process as the "Access Point / Switch". Once done, proceed with the Plume setup process as described in the HomePass app or How do I set up Plume.
If you have previously set up your Plume pods, you should connect CUJO between your router or modem-router combination and Plume, following the CUJO setup process. Your router or modem-router combination will be connected to CUJO in the 'Internet source' port and your Ethernet-connected Plume pod will be connected in the 'Bridge' port of the CUJO.
For a Plume setup with CUJO, it is important to make sure your Plume pods are set to Auto (Bridge) mode. For details on how to do this please see the following, How do I set my Plume to bridge mode.
