Depending on when you signed up, you may have one of several different Virgin Media X Plume HomePass membership plans available to you.
If you purchased after June 21st, 2022, and before April 28th, 2023, you have signed up for our 12-month renewable HomePass membership plan. This plan includes 2 SuperPods and costs £8 per month with a minimum commitment of 1 year. To continue receiving the benefits of HomePass, you will need to continue paying for HomePass after the initial 12 months.
If you signed up before June 21st, 2022, you might have one of the following membership plans:
Annual HomePass Membership: This is a 12-month plan which costs £99. All of your pods will be under warranty as long as you are enrolled in this membership. You can easily keep renewing this plan as long as you like.
Two-year HomePass Membership:
This is a 24-month plan which costs £179. All of your pods will be under warranty as long as you are enrolled in this membership. After the first 24 months, you can renew your HomePass membership for each subsequent year at the annual rate available at that time.
Three-year HomePass Membership: This is a 36-month plan which costs £249. All of your pods will be under warranty as long as you are enrolled in this membership. After the first 36 months, you can renew your HomePass membership for each subsequent year at the annual rate available at that time.
When you placed your order with Plume in Virgin Media X Plume HomePass store, your credit/debit card was charged immediately and you received the order confirmation email as order confirmation.
In the case of the monthly charges or installment payment plan, the first monthly amount was charged, when the order was placed and then every following month until the end of your payment plan.
We will charge the credit or debit card you provided at the time of the initial order. If you want to change the method of payment, please get in touch with our support.
