You can cancel the Plume membership within the first 60 days (cancellation period) for a full refund.
- To cancel the Order of new products coupled with a new membership subscription you purchased from the Plume Store, you must send us a request to initiate your return and refund no later than 60 days following the date on your Order Confirmation. A return shipping label will be emailed to you. Upon receiving your returned pods in their original packaging and in good condition, we will issue a full refund. See our Return and refund policy.
- To terminate your Subscription Service following an auto-renewal of your membership, you must send us a request for termination no later than 60 days following your latest Subscription Billing Date. We will refund you the amount of the relevant auto-renewal payment of subscription fees.
After the first 60 days (cancellation period)
- If you have committed to pay your membership plan on a 12-month installment plan, you must settle the obligations within the time limits specified in the order confirmation. A refund of the purchase price after the 60-day cancellation period is no longer possible.
- If you have paid a Plume subscription for one, two, or three years, with a single payment, a refund of the purchase price after the 60-day cancellation period is no longer possible.
You may also terminate your Subscription Service following an auto-renewal after 60 days from your latest subscription billing date.
In this case, if you have paid by a single payment, we will give you a pro-rata refund for unused subscription services.
For example, if you auto-renew your subscription for 12 months, but cancel that subscription with 6 full months remaining, we will refund 50% of your relevant Subscription Fees. No refunds will be given in respect of monthly payments which have not yet been taken.
