Orders placed on the Plume web store include a 60-day money-back guarantee.
If, for any reason, you want to cancel an order, please send us a request to initiate your 60-day return and refund.
- We will email you a return shipping label with instructions within two business days.
- We will return shipping costs as long as you are within the original delivery area.
To receive a refund, you must return the product within the 14 days following the day on which you initiated the return request from Plume customer support.
We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned items (products) as long as:
- The return request was initiated 60 days from the order confirmation date.
- The return package is postmarked within 14 days from the date you notified Plume support (the return request was initiated).
- Your item is in the same, “as new”, condition that you received it in. It must also be returned complete in the original packaging.
If returned products are received damaged or incomplete, we may:
- deduct the cost of any deterioration in the product(s), up to the price of the product(s) from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled
- subtract the cost of the product(s) you failed to return from the refund
- send the product back without a refund being issued.
All refunds will be issued on the same card used for the original order.
Please note that it will take 2 to 5 business days for your items to get to the fulfillment center under normal conditions. Processing the refund will take 4-7 business days, although it may take your financial institution 2-10 business days to credit your card.
Plume will not be able to process returns for pods that were not purchased from our web store.
