Follow these steps in order to set up your additional membership and pods at another home. A second location requires a separate membership, you will be prompted to purchase one during this process if have not already done so at the time of purchase.
Setting up another location
- Open the Menu & Settings tab and tap on your location name.
- tap on the Set up a new home option.
- You will be prompted to enter your name and you can also add an image for your portrait. These will be used to create a personal profile for the new location. Tap on Next to continue.
- Follow the remaining step-by-step instructions to set up your pods for the new location.
Follow the instructions below if you are using a version of HomePass prior to 3.91
iOS
- Tap the ≡ icon on your home screen to open the menu.
- Open up the Account page from the menu in the top.
- Tap on Set up Plume at a New Home.
- Follow the instructions to set up Plume.
- Once you complete the setup, you will see your new home Wi-Fi selected in the list. You will now see Wi-Fi, pod and device details for a new home in the app.
- You can also switch between your Wi-Fi networks from the Account page or Home screen.
Android
- Tap ≡ icon on your home screen to open the menu.
- Open up the Account page from the menu.
- Tap on Set up Plume at a New Home.
- Follow the instructions to set up Plume.
- Once you complete the setup, you will see your new home Wi-Fi selected in the list. You will now see Wi-Fi, pod and device details for a new home in the app.
- You can also switch between your Wi-Fi networks from the Account page.
