All Plume pods can be identified by a unique serial ID number, which can be found in two ways:
Through the HomePass App
- Tap on the pod in either the Home or Settings tab to bring up the pod's detail page.
- Tap on the ⋮ to open the pod options.
- Select View hardware info.
- The serial number will be listed among the other hardware details.
On the Pod
- Simply unplug your pod from its power source
- On the backside, you will find the Serial ID printed
- Note: You can ignore "_D" or "_F" if it is included at the end of the Serial ID
