All Plume pods come with a one-year warranty, so if one of your pods is defective, we will send you a replacement free-of-charge. When you renew your membership, the one-year warranty rolls over for another year.
Customers that have previously purchased a lifetime warranty, including grandfathered customers have a 5 year warranty on all pods from the purchase date.
We are currently unable to process RMA requests for pods being used in countries outside from which they were sold.
