Yes! As an existing customer, you can purchase any one of our Starter Packs. To purchase a Starter Pack, go to the purchase pod option in your Plume App. Please note that each existing customer can only purchase one Starter Pack which must be used with their existing network.
Here's how to order via the Plume app:
- Update app to Version 2.0.2 or higher
- Navigate to the menu
- Select "Pods"
- Select "Add a pod to my account" at bottom of screen
If you have already placed an order for SuperPod or Pod Add-ons but would like to purchase a starter pack instead, please contact us and we will cancel & refund your previous SuperPod Add-on order before it ships.
If you want to keep your existing SuperPod Add-on order, no further action is required. We will ship your order next week.
