We are currently tracking a known issue where ISP Speed Tests will fail on networks with Plume Pods and SmartThings Wifi as the gateway device, connected to the modem.
Networks with SuperPods as the gateway pod are not affected by this issue. Your ISP Speed Tests will continue to work as expected.
What this will Impact
When you try to run the ISP Speed Test in your Plume app, you will see a "Speed test failed. Try again..." message and your historical speed tests may be blank.

Plume has published a fix with a release of Firmware 2.2.1-29 on 2/22/19. Please contact Plume Support if you your pods have not been updated.
If you have Samsung SmartThings WiFi...
Please contact Samsung Support and ask to have firmware version WV525XXU2ASA1 (2.2.0-12) deployed to your network.
