How do I join the exclusive TalkTalk launch?

How will I be billed?
For the TalkTalk exclusive offer, you'll pay the recurring £9 monthly membership fee to Plume by direct debit.
Can I cancel the membership anytime?
You can cancel your Plume membership at any time within 60 days for a full refund. Partial refunds are not provided.
The minimum subscription period for this TalkTalk exclusive offer is twelve (12) months. Cancellations after the 60 day return period will result to a payment equal to the monthly membership fee multiplied by the number of remaining months in the required 12-month period.

What happens if I leave TalkTalk?
If you leave TalkTalk you can no longer be part of the TalkTalk exclusive launch; however, you will continue to be a Plume member. Plume will continue to charge you for your monthly membership fee. You can purchase additional Plume pods via the HomePass app.

Plume provides all support for Plume pods and HomePass WiFi, so you need to contact Plume Support directly for questions about Plume. The toll-free UK number for Plume support is 0808 189 2493.
TalkTalk will continue to provide support for your TalkTalk services, like your broadband connection, phone and TV.
