All Plume pods can be identified by a unique serial ID number, which can be found in two ways:
Through the HomePass App
- Open the HomePass app
- Tap on any pod
- Tap on the ellipsis (...) on the upper right-hand corner.
- Select View Hardware Info
- Find Serial Number
On the Pod
- Simply unplug your pod from its power source
- On the backside, you will find the Serial ID printed
- Note: You can ignore "_D" or "_F" if it is included at the end of the Serial ID
