Users are unable to access parts of the Plume app and receive a message saying "There was an error reaching the server. If this continues, please let us know."
iOS users may be unable to access some of the device details, while Android users may be unable to access security settings.
Plume was alerted that users were unable to access certain features inside the Plume App, namely while trying to access the security settings pages. The issue has been determined to be caused by a failing API error. (June 28th 6am PST)
Latest: The API issue has been resolved and users should be able to access all features inside the Plume App. We apologize for the inconvenience and are currently beginning a post-mortem to discover how this issue came about and how we can prevent this from happening again in the future.
