We have found some users unable to access the Plume App and Error 401 message appears on the screen:
Essentially the error code means that there is an issue with the credentials used, although it may be some other problem that requires further investigation. Please try the following:
1. Verify the email and password used to log in.
2. Clear Plume App data (for Android users) or delete and reinstall the the App (iOS users).
3. Ensure you are running the latest App version
4. Contact Plume customer support
