What types of partnership are available?
Service Provider Partnerships give providers access to Plume pods as hardware and a Customer Experience Management platform to assist their customers. This allows you, the provider, to include access to Plume hardware and services to your customers, while continuing to provide support to your customers. For more details on what is included visit the 'Partnership' section of the Plume website.
Retail partnerships allow an ISP to give their customers access to Plume hardware through a special sales offer. This gives their customers access to Plume hardware and services without the need to provide additional support.
A developer who wants to deploy Plume services through the Plume Cloud on their devices can also choose to partner with Plume on OpenSync development. This type of partnership involves an agreement with Plume to implement OpenSync on several devices. During the development process the partner receives support from Plume with integration. These OpenSync devices are also certified for use on the Plume Cloud.
