If you want to contact support because there is no answer to your question on our site, please check the contact options available in the mobile application. Not all of the options mentioned in this article will always be available.
The application provides contact information from your internet service provider. You will see Plume Support contact information if your subscription is concluded directly with Plume.
To find contact information in the HomePass app, tap on the More button in the navigation menu and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap on FAQ will take you to the web page with Frequently Asked Questions set by your provider.
- Tap on Email us will open your default mail client on a mobile device with a prefield email address.
- Tap on Call us will copy and paste the phone number of your technical support to the default calling application.
