You can contact Plume Support at email@example.com to initiate your return and refund. If your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent via email within 2 business days.
We will issue a full refund, minus original expedited shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned items as long as:
- The return was initiated 60 days from shipping date.
- Return package is postmarked within 30 days from the date of the return request.
- Your item is in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be returned complete in the original packaging. If received, single pods that were originally purchased as part of a multi-pack may be sent back without a refund being issued.
It will take 2 to 5 days for your items to get to the fulfillment center. Processing the refund will take 4-7 business, although it may take your financial institution an additional 2-10 business days to credit your card.
All refunds will be issued on the same card used for the original order.
Plume will not be able to process returns for pods that were not purchased from our web store. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer for information on their return policy.
We are currently unable to provide return labels from outside of the United States.
