You can only cancel or return items that were ordered on plumewifi.com/store. Orders are processed for shipment the same day as they are placed.
If your order was very recently placed on www.plume.com and has not yet shipped, it may be possible to process a cancellation by contacting us to process your cancellation.
Please note that an order cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been processed and prepared for shipment. If your pods have shipped, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request for a return by contacting Plume Support.
