Ring© doorbells have a known issue that causes them to disconnect intermittently and they will sometimes never connect back to the network until you reset them manually.
If this issue persists please contact Plume WiFi Support. We have a fix we can apply that will prevent the disconnection.
Ring© support has also recommended the following workaround which has been found to help.
Set a static IP for the Ring© doorbell if your plume network is in router mode this can be done by doing DHCP IP Reservation through the Plume App. If Plume is in bridge mode you could assign static IP through your router settings.
