- Log into NVG589 admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Under Home Network, click on Wireless.
- You should then see the Wireless settings. Select Disabled from the drop-down list under Wireless Operation
- Click on Save
- If required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway in the Password field
Pace 5031NV
- Log into 5031NV admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Settings.
- Click on LAN and then on Wireless
- You should then see the Wireless interface. Select Disabled from drop-down list next to Wireless Interface.
- Click on Save
- If required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway in the Password field.

- Log into 3800 admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Settings
- Click on LAN and then on Wireless
- You should then see the Wireless interface. Select Disabled from drop-down list under Wireless Interface
- Click on Save
- If required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway in the Password field

- Log into 2701HG-B admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Home Network
- You should then see the View Network Summary.
- Click Disable next to Wireless under Home Network Local Interfaces Status
- Click on Save and if required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway
BGW210
- Log into BGW210 admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Home Network
- Click on Wireless
- if required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway
- You should then see the Wi-Fi settings per Radio. Check that the Radio Selection is set to 2.4 Ghz Radio and select Off from drop-down list next to Wi-Fi operation
- Click on Save
- Under Radio Selection select 5 Ghz Radio and select Off from drop-down list next to Wi-Fi operation
- Click on Save
Arris NVG599
- Log into BGW210 admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Home Network
- Click on Wireless
- if required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway
- You should then see the Wi-Fi settings per Radio. Check that the Radio Selection is set to 2.4 Ghz Radio and select Off from drop-down list next to Wi-Fi operation
- Click on Save
- Under Radio Selection select 5 Ghz Radio and select Off from drop-down list next to WiFi operation
- Click on Save
Netgear 7550 B90
- Log into 7550 B90 admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Wireless
- if required, enter the Modem Access Code located on the side of your gateway
- You should then see the Wireless Setup.
- Select Disabled from drop-down list next to Wireless Operation
- Click on Save

- Log into 4111N admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Settings
- Click on LAN and then on Wireless
- You should then see the Wireless Interface
- Next to Wireless Networks, click on Disable
- Click on Save
- If required, enter the Device Access Code located on the side of your gateway

- Log into i38HG admin GUI on Web by entering 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar
- Click on Settings
- Click on LAN and then on Wireless

- Click on Save
